About the academy
HCFA exists to make healthcare entrepreneurship and advanced clinical education more practical, responsible, and accessible.
Our purpose
To empower healthcare professionals with practical education, strategies, mentorship, and resources that help them expand their clinical capabilities and transform strong ideas into responsible, sustainable healthcare businesses.
To become a leading education and founder community where healthcare professionals can learn, build, connect, and lead—whether they are opening a medical spa, clinic, wound-care service, telehealth company, mobile practice, or healthcare technology business.
The academy brings together two worlds that are often taught separately: clinical excellence and business execution. Programs are grounded in patient safety, professional responsibility, and lessons from actually building healthcare companies.

Founder biography
APRN · FNP-BC · CWS
Moe began his healthcare career in nursing and earned a Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from D’Youville University in Buffalo, New York. His career has included practice in Canada and the United States, hospital and advanced-practice roles, and specialized wound care.
As a Certified Wound Specialist and entrepreneur, he founded an independent wound-care practice, a medical spa, and other healthcare ventures. Those experiences—from clinical care to operations, regulation, marketing, and growth—became the foundation for Healthcare Founder Academy.
His goal is simple: help other healthcare professionals avoid unnecessary confusion, build with stronger foundations, and see entrepreneurship as a realistic extension of their clinical careers.
