Student Catalog and Enrollment Agreement

The Student Catalog contains HCFA’s school, program, tuition, administrative, and academic information. A sample Enrollment Agreement is available for advance review. During registration, each student must review and electronically sign the agreement specific to the selected course or package before payment.

Aesthetic courses are intended for appropriately licensed healthcare professionals. HCFA may require proof of identity, current professional licensure, prerequisites, and any required supervision or collaboration. Admission does not establish that a procedure is within a student’s legal scope of practice.

Registration may remain open until two weeks before a scheduled course when seats are available. Level 2 training requires the corresponding Level 1 course or an accepted equivalent. Prior education may be submitted for written review; submission does not guarantee acceptance or a tuition reduction.

Students must complete all required online and in-person clinical components. Attendance, punctuality, professional conduct, safety practices, and participation are required. Missed clinical training may require transfer to a later available date, and make-up opportunities are not guaranteed.

Courses use completion-based requirements rather than letter grades. A certificate is issued only after required online education, clinical participation, competency activities, and other course requirements are completed. A certificate does not create a professional license, board certification, or expanded scope of practice.

Unsafe conduct, falsified credentials, harassment, impairment, serious disruption, or failure to follow clinical requirements may result in removal, probation, or dismissal. Clinical participation may be stopped when safety or eligibility concerns arise. Re-entry, when available, requires review and written approval.

Students may submit a written withdrawal request to HCFA. The applicable cancellation and refund schedule will be provided in the catalog and registration-specific Enrollment Agreement before payment. Refunds, transfers, rescheduling, and re-entry are governed by the signed agreement, seat availability, prerequisites, and applicable Kentucky requirements.

Each individual aesthetic course is currently listed at $899. Package and service prices appear on their respective pages. The student’s registration-specific agreement will itemize tuition, fees, deposits, rentals, materials, and any other school charges before signature and payment.

Students may request completion records, transcripts, or replacement certificates in writing. HCFA may verify identity before releasing records and will maintain student information according to applicable requirements. Requests may be sent to enroll@hcfounders.com.

HCFA supports equal access and does not discriminate on a basis prohibited by applicable law. Students who need a reasonable accommodation should contact HCFA before the course so the request can be reviewed in relation to essential clinical and safety requirements.

Students should first submit a written concern to HCFA so the school can review and respond. The final catalog and Enrollment Agreement will provide the complete internal grievance process and the current procedure for filing a complaint with the Kentucky Commission on Proprietary Education.

Kentucky maintains a Student Protection Fund under KRS 165A.450. The final approved catalog and Enrollment Agreement will include the required notice and current information explaining the fund and applicable student remedies.

HCFA’s application is pending. HCFA does not presently represent that it is licensed, approved, endorsed, or accredited by Kentucky or any accrediting body. This section will be updated using the exact authorized wording after applicable approval is received.

HCFA will publish the most recently reported enrollment, completions or credentials conferred, and job-placement information required by Kentucky. New-school data will be identified as unavailable until reportable outcomes exist. HCFA does not guarantee employment, income, or business results.

HCFA courses are non-degree occupational training. Course completion is not represented as college credit. HCFA currently lists no articulation agreements; another institution or organization independently decides whether to recognize prior training.

During registration, students must consent to electronic records and confirm they can open, download, and retain the documents. The production system must capture the document version, signature, date, timestamp, and audit information; provide the student a completed copy; retain the school copy; and obtain an HCFA countersignature when required.

Website privacy and terms govern use of online services and forms. They do not replace the Student Catalog or signed Enrollment Agreement. Final notices will explain information collection, permitted use, security practices, cookies or analytics, and contact procedures.
